I really liked the way Alpha Protocols story and progression worked, but had severe combat and especially sneaking problems, to the point I didn't want to play anymore, sequel gets axed, but then they come back and hit one out of the park with New Vegas. They always do excellent work with other peoples engines, (I loved KOTOR 2 for example, and have heard only good things about NW2) unfortunately, as Alpha Protocol showed, they seem to need work on their own engine creation. IN FO3 they didn't even think of making you able to actually be "bad" just a killer of innocent folks, in this there seems to actually be a while different quest path for evil characters. It's going to make replays much more fun that in FO3, which I mostly replayed because when I was about to hit the level cap I stopped doing sidequests and just finished the game, it took me 3 characters to get all the sidequests done (pre-Broken Steel) where as with this game I wanted to make a second character already less than an hour into the game when I realized I could side with the Powder Gangers instead of the locals in Goodsprings.
